Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps which use two membranes or diaphragms to propel the movement of fluids, are an excellent choice compared to other similar pumps. Completely leakage-free, with a simple design which makes them easy to maintain, they are robust and guaranteed to perform with high levels of quality. As they use compressed air instead of electricity to drive the diaphragms, they can also be used under tough and hazardous conditions, thus proving to be versatile and an excellent investment.

We are a leading business that provides a comprehensive variety of Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps (AODD Pumps). SS316 Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps are sourced from reliable vendors in the industry and sold to clients at competitive costs. Sizes range from 1/4″ to 3″, with a maximum flow rate of 50 m3/hr and a head of 80 meters.

Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps use compressed air to move air from one liquid chamber to another via two diaphragms. As one diaphragm fills with air, fluid flows out of one chamber and into the discharge pipe while filling the second chamber. When the diaphragm stroke completes, it automatically reverses, and the cycle is repeated in the other direction.
