PVDF Magnetic Drive Sealless Pumps are specialized centrifugal corrosion-resistant pumps designed for corrosive, toxic, hazardous, aggressive, or valuable liquids without leakage. Thanks to their sealless magnetic drive design and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) construction. Since they are seal-less and operate with a magnetic drive coupling, there’s no risk of shaft seal failure, making them ideal for industries where leakage prevention and chemical resistance are critical.

  • Material of Construction: PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) – excellent resistance against concentrated acids, alkalis, solvents, and highly corrosive chemicals as HCl, H2SO4, HNO3, NaOH, and chlorinated solvents.
  • Temperature Range: PVDF models typically operate up to 90–100°C.
  • Seal-less Design: : No mechanical seals, eliminating leakage risks and hence reduces maintenance.
  • Energy Efficient: Magnetic drive: Uses high-torque magnetic coupling (NdFeB magnets) to transmit motion without direct contact reduces energy loss and wear.
